Job Position: Digital Marketer / Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  2. Communicating with customers through various channels, i.e., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
  3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  4. Having a good understanding of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  5. Research advertising trends
  6. Research competitors’ pricing and products
  7. Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
  8. Determine what content will reach customers.
  9. Develop projects to create content.
  10. Publish digital marketing content online.
  11. Implement email marketing campaigns.
  12. Measure digital traffic.
  13. Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  14. Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  15. Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  16. Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  17. Monitor project status.
  18. Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
  19. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate channels.
  20. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  21. Monitor and track the Support team daily tasks and ensure all tasks are completed according to the assigned timescales and deadlines.
  22. Provide daily report regarding service delivery.
  23. Manage the follow-up process for prospective clients.
  24. Monitor the project plan for new clients and monitor the project progress to ensure that key milestones are reached, and the implementation is completed according to the scheduled date for Go-Live
  25. Track customers feedback, identify any shortcomings in the service delivery and provide the data to management for processing so solutions can be immediately created to ensure these shortcomings or similar issues do not occur in the future.
  26. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a minimum of HND, B.Sc Degree, must have completed NYSC and a Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience.

Salary
N120,000 gross per Month.
