SBC has recently entered into the Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitiser. Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Igbo & English)
Location: Ijora, Lagos
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the front line of support for the company’s customers.
You’ll be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving customer problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about products or services
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly
- Provide customer support via various channels
- Escalate complex customer issues to management
- Collect and record customer feedback
- Help to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position in a manufacturing industry or a relevant industry
- Must be proficient in the Igbo language and fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Must be open to working on a shift schedule
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
