Job Description

  1. Attending to customer queries through calls and email
  2. Attending to customer complaints through calls and email
  3. Provide assistance based on partnership and vendor requests.
  4. Customers’ feedback regards products and services.
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  6. Inputting customer enrolment issue on the appropriate sheet for resolution where needs is require.
  7. Attending to customer queries on Reward App and escalating where necessary.
  8. Provide needed assistance to the customer service executives at various stores.
  9. Provide marketing support when required.
  10. Prepare report based on calls and email.
  11. Prepare weekly and monthly report on calls and email.

  • Possess relevant qualifications.
