Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and customers.
  2. Ensure that customers have a good time at the restaurant, look immediately into any complaints they might have and ensure they are promptly resolved.
  3. Maintain strict adherence to set service standards and ensure that procedures are followed.
  4. Ensure that necessary resources and tools are available for quality Customer Service delivery.
  5. Manage and update the Customer Service database sheet.
  6. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, walk in or any other identified means.
  7. Determine the cause of the customer’s problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
  8. Expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
  9. Direct requests and escalate issues, and ensure requests are fulfilled promptly.
  10. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
  11. Record details of customer interactions and give reports to the Restaurant Manager daily.
  12. Update customer complaints tracker..
  13. Devise and implement means to collect feedback on our meals and service from customers
  14. Report to the Restaurant Manager daily on all status of customer service enquiries handled or being processed by the Team.
  15. Maintain a high degree of professionalism, ensure confidentiality at all times when interacting with customers.
  16. Ensure the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver excellent customer service.
  17. Knowledge of food portioning and packaging systems.
  18. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
  19. Receive, process, package orders/requests and deliveries via social media, e-commerce platforms, and phone calls
  20. Update menus accordingly on all e-commerce platforms
  21. Process payments on the Odoo software as required
  22. Provide reports on deliveries, customer experience, and related metrics
  23. Ensure achievement of ind.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 2 years of experience.
