Job Position: Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the dynamic world of hotels and hospitality? We are looking for a skilled Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant educational qualifications to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  4. Set up sales targets to achieve revenue targets and optimise occupancy rates.
  5. Create and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to increase bookings.
  6. Maintain a strong online presence through social media, website content, and online booking platforms.
  7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
  8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and profitability.
  9. Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and sales roles in the hotel and hospitality industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
  4. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online booking platforms.
  6. Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
