Job Position: Customer Service Sales Representative (French Speaking)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- A customer service sales representative works to develop leads to grow a business. They will work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs.
- A good customer service sales representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them. They are responsible for consistently achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
- Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Call customers to confirm orders.
- Take orders on Flexi-pay.
- Handle maintenance issues with customers
- Generate and convert leads to sales.
- Marking orders on Shopify as fulfilled when received by customers.
- Preparing job cards for production team usage
- Response to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Provide after-sales support to customers when needed.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Fluent in French and English Language
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Good knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and gain product knowledge.
