Job Position: Customer Service Sales Representative (French Speaking)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. A customer service sales representative works to develop leads to grow a business. They will work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs.
  2. A good customer service sales representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them. They are responsible for consistently achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
  2. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
  3. Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
  4. Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
  5. Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Call customers to confirm orders.
  8. Take orders on Flexi-pay.
  9. Handle maintenance issues with customers
  10. Generate and convert leads to sales.
  11. Marking orders on Shopify as fulfilled when received by customers.
  12. Preparing job cards for production team usage
  13. Response to customer inquiries via various channels.
  14. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  15. Provide after-sales support to customers when needed.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Fluent in French and English Language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • Good knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and gain product knowledge.
