Job Position: Customer Service Specialist
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
- Validate Withdrawals of and for Customers
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Service in Fintech company (Crypto)
- Smart and Proactive
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to manage large volume of customer base and delivering quality service within defined timeline
- Accounting experience is a plus and must
- Proficiency with Ms Office Suites; Ms Word and Excel
- Rotational Work schedule
- Gender: Female is preferred
- Must reside around Lekki, Ajah axis
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
