Job Position: Customer Service Specialist
Job Location: Asaba, Delta and Lagos
Job Description
- As our Customer ServiceSpecialist, you will be critical in supporting and managing the users, drivers, and operators (transport companies and fleet owners) under your account. You will ensure that they are maximizing the value of our platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support to customers via chat, calls, and emails. Address their inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through the LisBon platform.
- Consistently follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
- Welcome all new users to the platform, offering assistance as needed, and encourage them to explore LisBon Connections to maximize the benefits. After engaging, connect them to an account officer for continued support
- For new drivers, welcome them, guide them to schedule and attend vehicle inspections, and follow up via chats and calls to ensure the inspections are completed on time. If necessary, connect them to an account officer to facilitate faster vehicle inspections.
- Be available to handle customer interactions for up to 12 hours a day, including at short notice for chat or phone calls.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure every customer interaction leaves the client feeling valued and well-supported, contributing to high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with all features of the LisBon platform to assist customers with any questions or issues they may have.
- Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and operations, to ensure that customer problems are resolved efficiently.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in a related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or transportation industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, attend to user queries promptly and organize events as required.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 monthly + Commission
