Job Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Supervise and support customer service representatives across all terminals or offices.
  2. Ensure all customers’ queries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and effectively.
  3. Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
  4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
  5. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
  6. Resolve escalated issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with another department (operations, ticketing, logistics) to enhance customer experience

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role (transportation industry preferred).
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to lead a team, handle pressure, and manage conflict.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  6. Must be customer-focused and results-driven.
