Job Position: Customer Service Support (Network Support)

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate willingness to learn more on  IT-based solutions and Complaints Resolution

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attending to Customers Network complaint
  2. Initiate and follow through for 1st level troubleshooting
  3. Customer Care/NOC  Protocol Administration
  4. Escalate customers complaints to appropriate department for further resolution of issues
  5. Reporting to your supervisor and line manager on continuous basis
  6. Provide information on to customers on company’s solutions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND
  • 1 – 3 years of work experience as a customer service network support engineer.
  • Prior Experience in an Internet Service Provider or ICT company
  • Other relevant professional qualification in customer service may be an added advantage.
