Job Position: Customer Services Officer

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
  2. Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
  3. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  4. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
  5. Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  6. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

Job Requirements

  1. Should have a B.Sc in Mass communication or any related course
  2. Should have good communication skills
  3. Should be actively decisive
  4. Should be adaptive
  5. Be required to work Mondays to Saturdays
