Job Position: Customer Success Intern

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our clients’ success.
  3. You will assist with onboarding new customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  4. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities
Include:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  2. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product demonstrations.
  3. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  6. Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in CRM software.
  8. Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  9. Contribute to the development of customer support resources and knowledge base.

Job Requirements
You are a good fit for this role if you have;

  1. HND / Bachelor’s Degrees in any field or Diploma with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  7. Proficient in using customer support software and CRM platforms.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
