Job Position: Customer Success Intern (NYSC)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with our customers.
  2. As a Customer Success intern will help onboard new vendors.
  3. Introduce new users to our products and services that will help them achieve desired results.
  4. As a Customer Success intern you will be responsible for the onboarding and training of new dispatch riders.
  5. As a Customer Success Intern you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of the delivery request.
  6. As a Customer Success Intern you will be responsible for sharing users’ feedback with the team.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • HND or B.Sc

Skills:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
