Job Position: Customer Success Manager (Healthcare)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish clear client retention goals
  2. Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
  3. Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  4. Promote the value of the product
  5. Upsell services and products with the brand image
  6. Promote value through customer experience
  7. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
  8. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the health care sector
  2. Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  3. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  4. Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
  5. Accountability and personal organization are essential
  6. Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
