Job Position: Customer Success Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Customer Success Officer will report to the Customer Success Manager with dotted reporting lines to the General Manager.
  2. The main duties and responsibilities of the Customer Success Officer shall include.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Champion the onboarding of new customer accounts; and ensure successful implementation for the lifetime of each account.
  2. Ensure platform adoption by providing our customers with necessary insights
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering team and support all renewals and expansion opportunities
  4. Build relationships and maintain the health of your accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
  5. Register customers ID across all channels and ensure to follow up on the registration status before proceeding to testing.
  6. Leverage technology, tools, and automation to manage your book of accounts at scale
  7. Proactively conduct frequent customer pulse checks to improve our product and service offerings teams regarding product and service improvements.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc. in English, or any Social Science field.
  2. Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) as a Customer Success representative or similar role
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Strong demonstration of emotional intelligence
  6. Stakeholder / People Management Skills.
  7. Relevant Certification (e.g ITIL) is a plus
  8. Fluency in French is an added advantage.
