Job Position: Customer Success Representative (CSR)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative (CSR). The CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and success with our products or services.
  2. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  2. Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  3. Understand customer needs and pain points to address them effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
  6. Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent issues.
  7. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products or services.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
