Job Description

  • We’re seeking a customer-centric and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
  • As a key member of our customer success team, you’ll provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Schedule Visits of clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and processes.
  • Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality service
  • Assign home carers to client.
  • Follow up on home carers and ensure they sign in and sign out of their applications.

Job Requirements

  • 2-6 years of customer service experience or similar field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
