Job Description
- We’re seeking a customer-centric and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
- As a key member of our customer success team, you’ll provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Schedule Visits of clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and processes.
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality service
- Assign home carers to client.
- Follow up on home carers and ensure they sign in and sign out of their applications.
Job Requirements
- 2-6 years of customer service experience or similar field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
