Job Location: Technical Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proficient with the use of Service Desk tools i.e Monitoring, Reporting, Analysis etc to ensure continuous Customer satisfaction.
  2. Optimal use of all Service Management Communication channels to adequately inform new and existing customers to sustain Customer Relationship.
  3. Ensure clear communication both in verbal and written with all customers on the network
  4. Preparation and Evaluation of utilization graphs for further decision making
  5. Management of the Customer database with regular update on Contact details , Number of links etc
  6. Weekly checkup on customers based on a schedule through Courtesy visits/calls and also sending them mails where applicable

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3 – 7 years of work experience.
  2. A professional qualification in ITIL and other relevant Service Management certifications
  3. Knowledge of Service Management Standards and Regulations as well as Global Best Practices (ISO 20000, IS0 9001)
  4. Adequate technical disposition to guarantee thorough knowledge of services and service delivery platforms
  5. Ability to conduct unbiased evaluations of internal and supplier performance
