Job Description

  • The Irorun team is looking for an exceptional customer centric candidate to take on the role of Customer Support Officer. This is an exciting role responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with all departments in the organization to deliver world-class products and services to digital lenders
  2. Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and a timely response
  3. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  4. Escalating queries
  5. Working with the team and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduates of a University
  2. Recent graduate seeking to serve or just completed NYSC
  3. Not more than 25 years old

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Open to learning new things and every function of the business, be innovative and creative
