Job Position: Customer Support Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Customer Support Intern with superior oral & written communication skills and an unrelenting passion for customer satisfaction to join our team.
  2. As the Customer Support Intern, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions, collaborate with teammates and provide support across a number of communication channels.

Job Responsibilities
Project 960 engagement:

  1. Advising clients on possible optimized solutions.
  2. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  3. Proactively communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Logging and processing support calls
  5. Effectively keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using select CRM tools
  6. Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

Specific inbound requests:

  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  2. Knowing our offerings inside and out so that you can answer questions and recommend fixes.

Ad hoc responsibilities:

  1. Communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders as necessary.
  2. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  3. Other assigned responsibilities that may be a priority for the team from time to time

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND holder in Business related course
  • 6 months – 1 year experience in customer service
  • Customer support experience will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships
  • Ability to use Google Suites and digital support tools, including CRM tools
