Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquirers through our various channels ( phone and social media)
  2. Receive and manage all product and service complaints by clarifying the customers complaint, identifying the cause of the problem and provide solution
  3. Document and escalate all customers issues
  4. Follow up on customers
  5. Provide product and service information to customers
  6. Build and develop customer relationship
  7. Achievement of individual monthly KPI

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Should be Female NYSC member
  • Must live within Gwarimpa, Kubwa, Dawaki, Lifecamp, Utako, Mpapa
  • Must be sales driven
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and develop
