Parcel Exchange is a real-time online trading platform and access to a large community of members where independent owner drivers, courier companies, forwarders, transport companies, retailers and online shops post their availability status on a minute-by-minute basis. The platform allows members to post available loads, journey information and real time vehicle availability status, the system then matches available vehicles (using location/size/availability) with the load requirement and instantly sends a notification via email or SMS to members.

Job Description

  1. Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  2. Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  4. Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  5. Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  6. Provide first-level technical support services.
  7. Monitor and maintain customer database.
  8. Train Carriers and Sales Representative on parcel Exchange Applications and Assist clients to Upload Product seamslessly
  9. Make Outbounds Calls to our clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  2. She must Reside Around isolo,oshodi and mushin Lagos
  3. She must be good with micrsoft Excel,word and others.
