Job Position: Customer Support Officer (Male)

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  2. Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  4. Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  5. Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  6. Provide firstlevel technical support services.
  7. Monitor and maintain customer database servers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE/ OND and IT can apply
  • 0-1 years of work experience.
  • A MALE is required.
  • Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday including Public Holidays) off day is available.
  • Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning / Night).
  • Working knowledge of the computer is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

N30,000 Monthly.
