Job Position: Cybersecurity & Network Analyst

Job Description

The Cybersecurity & Network Analyst will play a critical role in safeguarding both Crescita’s product and infrastructure as well as our clients’.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, strengthening defenses, and ensuring secure, reliable networks.

Collaborating with developers and AI engineers, you’ll implement security-first solutions that protect digital assets across industries.

Your work will directly shape trust in our digital solutions, enabling Crescita and our clients to innovate with confidence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and analyse security events across networks and applications.
  2. Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
  3. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  4. Respond to incidents and manage disaster recovery plans.
  5. Collaborate with dev teams to ensure secure coding practices.
  6. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and compliance regulations.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking, or IT infrastructure.
  2. Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
  3. Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  4. Strong grasp of network protocols and architecture.
  5. Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, and CISSP are a plus.
  6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
