Job Description
- We are seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive in Lagos to drive sales growth for our cybersecurity solutions and services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales revenue targets.
- They will also maintain high customer retention rates and provide strategic insights to enhance market presence.
- The role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who excels in relationship-building, negotiation, and customer-focused solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell the company’s cybersecurity products and services to meet or exceed the company’s annual sales revenue targets and expand market share.
- Design and implement a sales plan to expand the customer base, targeting agreed-upon growth percentages and improving lead conversion rates.
- Onboard new reputable customers and maintain existing relationships. Achieve a minimum of 98% customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive deal closures through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and value proposition sales to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate on pre sales activities to ensure the successful closing of deals and meet quarterly targets for lead conversion and cash flow ratios.
- Create and submit monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Propose new strategies for market penetration and increasing industry reach.
- Conduct research on emerging markets, customer needs, and industry shifts. Provide management with analysis to optimize sales strategies and margins.
- Ensure that clients are educated on service delivery readiness and that all necessary steps are taken for a smooth solution installation and purchase process.
- Represent the company at industry events, training, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Sales, Marketing, or Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success in a cybersecurity or technology-related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and services.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong network within the cybersecurity and tech industries is a plus.
