Job Position: Business Performance / Data Analyst, Offline

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

The Description

  • We’re looking for a Business Performance/Data Analyst, Offline who will be responsible for identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them

The Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

  1. Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
  2. Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions
  3. Provide documentation for identified problem, definition, and procedures for solving them
  4. Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals
  5. Appraise and recommend improvements to current business programs
  6. Propose new techniques and technologies to actualize business goals
  7. Serve as mentor to associates and provide trainings to fill gap needs
  8. Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes
  9. Responsible for developing business presentations for management and clients as needed
  10. Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports to management
  11. Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Applicants for the performance analyst role are required to have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  3. Research skills: It is crucial that you have the needed skills to undertake research and collect data to identify future trends based on past performance. This is a major part of your responsibility and is essential for influencing business decision making.
  4. Communication skills: The performance analyst job involves undertaking research, developing and presenting reports; hence it is important that you have great writing and verbal communication skills to effectively and convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organization
  5. Project management skills: It is essential that you can manage people and process in accomplishing assigned tasks to actualize defined goals
  6. Computer skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
  7. Authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
