Job Position: Data Analyst (Sales Operations)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

  1. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Analyst to support our fast-growing fintech business.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing sales data, tracking performance, and providing insights that help optimise our sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  3. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Track performance against sales targets, highlight gaps, and recommend data-driven actions to improve sales outcomes.
  2. Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM tools, BD systems, market reports) to generate actionable sales insights.
  3. Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support day-to-day decision-making across the sales function.
  4. Evaluate and optimise the end-to-end sales process to boost efficiency and productivity.
  5. Support the sales leadership with forecasting, performance analysis, and territory planning.
  6. Coordinate and monitor sales training sessions, ensuring the team is equipped with up-to-date knowledge on products, processes, and tools.
  7. Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, helping resolve issues and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of proven experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role—preferably within fintech or a financial services institution.
  3. Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and data visualisation tools.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
  6. Attention to detail and a passion for clean, meaningful data that drives business impact.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N600,000 Monthly.
