Job Description

  1. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
  2. Your work will directly impact the decision-making process and contribute to the improvement of our software products and services.
  3. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Gathering data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and logs.
  2. Performing data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  3. Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key performance metrics to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and software developers to identify data needs and analytics requirements.
  6. Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business strategies and product improvements.
  7. Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features.
  8. Analyze software performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  9. Utilize machine learning algorithms and predictive models to anticipate user behavior and trends.
  10. Propose data-driven solutions to improve user engagement and software performance.
  11. Ensure data privacy and security compliance in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and software development.
  13. Suggest process improvements and innovations to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
  2. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  3. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau,Excel, Power BI).
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  5. Knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  6. Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
