Job Position: Data Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Staff to oversee and maintain our client database, manage online sales processes, and ensure smooth digital operations across our platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Update and maintain client database (phone numbers, birthdates, addresses, etc.).
  2. Manage online sales processing via website and other platforms.
  3. Handle and update the Google My Business profile.
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and secure storage of client information.
  5. Generate reports from data to support decision-making.
  6. Support the sales and marketing team with accurate customer information.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements

  1. 2–3 years proven experience in data management, CRM, or related roles.
  2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and database tools.
  3. Experience with website sales processing and e-commerce platforms.
  4. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  5. Ability to pay attention to detail and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
