Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in python, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical methods to solve complex trading problems.
  2. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to make trading decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing, to translate findings into actionable strategies.
  4. Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  5. Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in data science and fintech industry to continuously innovate.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  4. Strong experience with data science libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas, or similar.
  5. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
  6. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
