Job Description

  1. Perform assessment, installation, testing, and repair of the Cisco IPT solution Swap-out as needed to facilitate customer satisfaction with DTMB as their service provider.
  2. User Migration by Interface with user
  3. User Engagement: Preparation User Engagement: Preparation
  4. Decommission of old devices
  5. Deployment of SIP Phones
  6. Staging of SIP Phones

Job Requirements

  1. Experience with Training toward: CCNA Voice
  2. knowledge and experience with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
  3. Responsibilities Cisco Unity Express (CUE)
  4. Worked on Standard Telephony Technologies such as PRI, POTS, DID, FXS/FXO, Fax
  5. Knowledge and experience with  PBX
  6. InformaCast Paging
  7. Strong Communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure

Minimum level of Experience Required:

  • 3 years or more

  1. AMC
  2. BOSIET
  3. OSP.
