Job Description
- The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in steering the wellness centre towards sustained sales growth and expansion.
- This dynamic professional is entrusted with the responsibility of crafting and executing strategic business development initiatives, with a primary focus on driving revenue and establishing the wellness centre as a leader in the industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and target potential customers and clients who resonate with the wellness centre’s offerings.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and nurture solid relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes mutual growth.
- Sales Negotiation: Independently negotiate and close sales deals with finesse, ensuring the wellness centre’s interests are safeguarded while promoting customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing proactive measures to optimize efficiency.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint opportunities for growth and identify emerging trends in the wellness sector.
- Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement pricing strategies that strike a balance between competitiveness and profitability.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and innovations to ensure the wellness centre remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Event Representation: Represent the wellness centre at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing its offerings and fostering brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in sales and business development.
- Track Record: Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the wellness industry, its key players, and evolving consumer preferences would be a distinct advantage
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts in a compelling manner.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
