Job Position: Developmental Manager

Job Location: Somolu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the execution of all aspects of the project, including budget management, people/talent management, calendar management, planning, design, development, and delivery of tasks
  2. Initiate and supervise proposed plans, talent management, vendors, and, various clients
  3. Devise cost-effective measures to undertake for project execution
  4. Present weekly project status updates in a structured way to the Project lead, highlighting any project risks briefly and exactly.
  5. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the CEO

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other similar fields
  2. Possession of an MBA is an added advantage
  3. Possession of a project management certification is an added advantage.
  4. At least 7 years of relevant working experience deploying strategies in the real estate and finance industry
  5. Candidate must be proficient in the use of project management software.
  6. Good supervisory and decision-making skills with and over professionals of different industries, and different levels of management
  7. A strong proven record of excellent execution of projects and timely delivery of tasks
  8. Candidate must possess good multi-tasking skills and a healthy sense of ownership over tasks.
  9. Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to communicate successfully with a diverse range of audiences.
