Job Description
- As a Digital Account Lead and Strategist, you will oversee the digital marketing efforts for clients.
- Our ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for sports betting.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative digital strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sports betting client, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client goals and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, reporting, and proactive communication.
- Develop and present strategic digital marketing plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics, and development) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Performance Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set benchmarks for success.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and client feedback.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and strategy development.
- Experience working with a sports betting brand.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns within the sports betting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting, including different sports, types of bets, odds calculation, and popular betting markets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
