Job Position: Digital Growth & Business Support Officer

Job Requirements
- Eagerness to learn; A strong willingness to grow and develop skills in digital marketing, social media management, and business operations.
- Basic Digital Literacy; Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
- Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email applications.
- Creative Thinking; Ability to come up with engaging social media content ideas and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Good Communication Skills; Strong written and verbal communication for responding to customers, writing captions, and collaborating with the team.
- Attention to Detail; Ability to manage and complete tasks accurately, including maintaining records, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with operations.
- Basic Customer Service Skills; A friendly and approachable demeanor to interact professionally with customers and resolve queries effectively.
- Flexibility and Adaptability; Open to taking on various tasks, including marketing, customer support, administrative work, and additional duties as needed.
- Time Management; Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Social Media Savvy; Understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and best practices, with a keen interest in improving engagement and reach.
