Job Position: Digital Intern

Job Location: Akure, Ondo

Job Description

  • Support the preparation and the implementation of the Digital premium payment and SMS communication with Farmers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform regular administrative update of the project
  2. Centralized Farmers Phone number collection and perform cross analysis with operators database;
  3. Prepare data for sms communication with Farmers, LBAs and other third parties, analyze and share feedback for continuous improvement process.
  4. Prepare data for digital premium payment analyzed and share feedback for continuous improvement process.
  5. Participate in other sustainability projects.

KPI’s (to use during the evaluation):

  1. Effective reporting of the project status on weekly and monthly basis
  2. Farmers and other third parties phone number database updated on monthly basis
  3. Effective SMS communication and Digital payment
  4. Effective feedback received from both SMS and Digital Payment and Action plan in place for continuous improvement;
  5. Action plan implementation.

  3. Good communication skills

  5. Understanding of local culture.
