Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Literacy Trainer to join our team for an upcoming project aimed at empowering unemployed youths.
- As a Digital Literacy Trainer, you will be responsible for equipping participants with essential digital skills, ensuring they gain proficiency in navigating the digital landscape.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on digital literacy, covering basic computer operations, online navigation, and digital communication.
- Tailor curriculum to the needs of unemployed youths, ensuring relevance to their potential job opportunities.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assess participants’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with the project team to enhance and refine the digital literacy curriculum.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in delivering digital literacy training programs.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations, internet usage, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for empowering individuals through digital education.
