Job Position: Digital Marketer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  1. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  3. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
  2. Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers.
  3. Optimise website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  4. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads).
  5. Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
  6. Create and distribute engaging email marketing campaigns.
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  3. Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  4. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  5. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  6. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  8. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  9. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
