Job Position: Digital Marketer / Graphics Designer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the company’s online presence by driving traffic to Company pages.
  2. Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  3. Plan and manage all social media platforms
  4. Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
  5. Coordinates with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  6. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  7. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  8. Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  9. Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies and social media presences
  10. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
  11. Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, video, graphics, and blogs: monitor and analyze content success
  12. Contact, interview and hire third party graphics designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content
  13. Use Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other relevant sites
  14. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends: implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a social media manager or content creator
  2. Marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  3. Good usage of relevant graphic application tools
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to use initiative.
  6. Ability to work well with others
  7. Persistence and determination.
  8. Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
