Job Description

- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Establish, manage, and grow our social media presence.
- Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Determine trends and insights, and then optimize spending and performance based on the findings.
- Create innovative and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, carry out and evaluate experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve user experience.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess the customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Optimizes user funnels and conversion points
- Work with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve your goals.
- Evaluate new technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven digital marketing work experience
- Proven leadership and management experience in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Exceptionally creative, with prior experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Knowledge of how to optimize landing pages and user funnels
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments
- Thorough understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Practical knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Knowledge of how to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Analytical prowess and data-driven thinking
- Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
