Job Description

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
  2. Establish, manage, and grow our social media presence.
  3. Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Determine trends and insights, and then optimize spending and performance based on the findings.
  5. Create innovative and creative growth strategies.
  6. Plan, carry out and evaluate experiments and conversion tests
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve user experience.
  8. Apply strong analytical skills to assess the customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  9. Optimizes user funnels and conversion points
  10. Work with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve your goals.
  11. Evaluate new technologies.
  12. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements 

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  2. Proven digital marketing work experience
  3. Proven leadership and management experience in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  4. Exceptionally creative, with prior experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  5. Knowledge of how to optimize landing pages and user funnels
  6. Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments
  7. Thorough understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  8. Practical knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  9. Knowledge of how to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
  10. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  11. Analytical prowess and data-driven thinking
  12. Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
