Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer with a strong background in social media management to join our marketing team.
  • This role will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving enrollment in our programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a flair for creative content, and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and online promotions, to drive leads and conversions.
  • Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including website, email, and offline marketing materials.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the real estate or education sector.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Must be innovative and a critical thinker
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate trends and terminology is a plus.
  • Must be willing to take on additional roles if the need arises.
