Job Position: Midlevel Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven mid-level Digital Marketer to fast-track Little’s growth.
  2. As Growth Marker, you will be responsible for managing Little’s customer acquisition funnel.
  3. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
  4. Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the CEO.
  5. You will monitor and manage our social media, web analytics, and product usage analytics to develop insightful reports for teams and superiors
  6. Our ideal candidate for this role has a decent understanding of digital marketing with prior experience in product management.
  7. The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Posthug, and Rudderstack. (Or similar products. eg Mixpanel, segment, etc).

Job Responsibilities
You’ll:

  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  2. Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams
  3. Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
  4. Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  5. Leverage analytic tools during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
  6. Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.
