Job Position: Social Media / Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos (Proximity to Lekki is Essential)

Job Description

  1. We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Social Media /Digital Marketer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in graphics designing, email and social media marketing, and expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
  2. This role is based in Lekki and offers an attractive salary package along with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and pension benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses graphics design, email marketing, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media presence across various platforms. Create engaging content, monitor trends, and respond to audience engagement.
  3. Graphics Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to craft visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
  4. Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns. Manage subscriber lists, analyze campaign performance, and optimize email content for maximum impact.
  5. Content Development: Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  7. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources within the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI across different channels and campaigns.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a unified and effective digital marketing strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. HND, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on graphics designing, email and social media marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  3. Proven expertise in graphics design, demonstrated by a portfolio of creative and visually compelling digital assets.
  4. Thorough knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software.
  6. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to make data-backed decisions.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Proximity to Lekki is essential.
