Job Position: Graphics Designer / Digital Marketer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Graphic Designer at Pharma Ethics, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to communicate our brand and products to our target audience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website content, and product packaging.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with our brand guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
  4. Create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions.
  5. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs and digital marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  8. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital marketing.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and digital marketing projects.
  5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design and marketing concepts.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and on-site collaboration.
