Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a digital marketer who will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive our brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through digital channels.

Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:

  1. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Identify target audiences and customer segments for online campaigns.

Content Marketing:

  1. Develop and manage content marketing plans, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content.
  2. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.

Social Media Marketing:

  1. Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars.
  2. Create and curate engaging social media posts to build and maintain a strong online presence.

Email Marketing:

  1. Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
  2. Segment email lists for personalized messaging.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  1. Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.
  2. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  1. Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  2. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  2. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  1. Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
  2. A/B testing and optimization of user journeys.

Online Advertising:

  1. Manage online ad campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  2. Budget allocation and optimization.

Marketing Automation:

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and nurture leads.

Competitor Analysis:

  1. Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies.
  2. Identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.

Budget Management:

  1. Plan and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels.
  2. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  7. Project management and organizational skills.
  8. Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
