Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote all our products, services, and brand across various online platforms.
  2. Create and manage engaging content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  3. Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and enhance user experience.
  4. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting campaigns, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, media, design, and development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, real estate industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
  3. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  8. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  9. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.

Salary
N3,000,000 – N4,000,000 annually.
