About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for driving online engagement and proven experience in converting leads into paying customers.

You will play a key role in building brand visibility, generating quality leads, and supporting revenue growth through innovative digital strategies and persuasive sales execution.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
  2. Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  3. Create engaging content tailored to target audiences to boost brand awareness and sales.
  4. Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  5. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through digital channels.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and meet revenue targets.
  7. Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform strategy.
  8. Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to sales or business development.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  4. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in B2B or service-based marketing.
  2. Content creation or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation and email campaigns.
