Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance their digital presence and drive engagement, lead generation, and sales.
- This role requires proficiency in digital marketing tools, a strategic mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights.
- Develop, manage, and optimize content for the company website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with followers to foster community engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Work with sales, and product teams to create cohesive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
