Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance their digital presence and drive engagement, lead generation, and sales.
  • This role requires proficiency in digital marketing tools, a strategic mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize content for the company website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with followers to foster community engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Work with sales, and product teams to create cohesive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
