Job Position: Digital Marketer / Personal Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  2. Oversee social media accounts
  3. Devise digital strategies
  4. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  5. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  6. Make travel arrangements
  7. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  8. Devise and maintain office filing system

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant discipline from a reputable higher institution.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer.
  3. A Yoruba Male Christian.
  4. Must be social media savvy.
  5. Ability to take great photos.
  6. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  7. MS Office and English proficiency.
  8. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  9. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Discretion and confidentiality.
