Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Digital Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost conversions for Winwise. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and execute performance marketing strategies, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging digital content.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Identify trends, analyze competitor strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, making adjustments to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to create engaging content and marketing copy.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the gaming, lottery, or fintech industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000
